and soil analysis,(think our dangerous Municipal Landfill) and will prevent our City from wasting our millions of dollars in Consultants fee for our Utility maintenance and restoration.He handles $20billion dollar budgets at SFWMD. We pay Millions monthly for outisde one Co. only!!!!!"Engineering Services" which no one has been able to verify as all professional,scientific knowledge of Christopher McVoy is lacking.

OUR Lake Worth Playhouse was subjected to a hot air ,stale performance with denial of all known bad conditions in Lake Worth covering his inability to manage with lack of knowledge!

The high crime,drugdaling,prostitution rate stated during Commission meetings by Citizens, is totally denied, till it hits them?????
IGNORING THE FACTS,Lake Worth BUSINESSES MASS EXODUS, because of the highest Commercial eletric rates in the State($5,000,- a month, one small shop) and busines permits($2,000,-) to open one,
NEW BUSINESSES AVOIDING LAKE WORTH, skyhigh residential electric rates, unverified spending of millions, by new Utility Dept. Director .FMPA BOARD MEMBER, who caused $1,000,000,- damage to our transormer, and did not allow Lake Worth Engineers to repair her mistake on the spot! She sENT IT TO HER chosen REPAIR PLACE , IN GEORGIA!

Singer Co pushing $3200,- concrete prison style cheap looking benches on our Beachfront to replace our wooden green ones!
Lake Worth buget for 2010-2011 shows the following:
Income : $ 137,000,000,-
Exependitures: (unverified for one year) $ 162,000,000,-
Lake Worth Utility spendings unverified millions is continuing approved by City Manager and Commission, till bankruptcy.
No oversight existed, till Building and Code corruption mess clearing, Bergman's arrival.
This Commission signed a Contract for a non binding Contractor Conceptual plan,(they can do as little as they want ($2,000,000,-?), but we owe $5,000,000,-) to rehab our Beachfront parking for $5,000,000,-
part of OUR $50,000,000,- Fla. Waterfront Rehab Bond we signed onto 5 years ago, with the County, so it is our Money!!!!Stupid references were made to this money!

Lake Worth highest Commercial Electric rates caused by new Commission member Maxwell vote!
Maxwell,Romano, McKinnon and Egley voted to hand us over to FMPA with signing a predatory insidious, extortionate rate containing Contract,with false promises, all on record!
Maxwell's signature forced us to sell electricity we produce,
with our three $50.000.000.- generators to FMPA (not to be used by us cheaply created) for approx.$45.00 per Megawatt and we must buy it back from FMPA for $90.00 per Mega watt,
then at the new extortionate price sold to us, crippling Lake Worth households finacially.
Devious truth challenged Clemens forced this Contract 2 1/2 year longer on us, even though Laurence McNamara who read the Contract with Bill Coakley found a 5 year penalty free exit Clause!!!!!
Clemens with Vespo.Lowe and Jennings, because they know Nothing about Electric generation costs and never read the Contract, voted against termination of that predatory Contract, to show his Mayoral seats Power to hurt and starve poor families!!!
Thruth challenged Clemens, Lowe and Vespo hired an FMPA member for our Utility Director, to help FMPA keep control our Utility. This new Director is presenting millions of dollars in questionable waived bidding,
purchasing and Consultants fees bills through the Consent agenda,
so it is not verified, and automatically approved.
We are hemorraging millions again,with the City manager pushing it through without one objection to her friend's expenditures,the FMPA Board member Utility Director Mattey.
She allowed a 1 million dollar blow out damage, of our transformer by the janitor-now plant manager-FMPA member.To delay our electricity delivery, and sabotage our termination of the most expensive FMPA Contract termination, so FMPA will continue to take our electricity and bill us ever higher, as money is Consented out of our Utility !
The repair could have been done on the spot with Lake Worth resident certified Electrical Engineers for approx.$800.000 less!
But it is not their money, so, f.... Lake Worth Citizen taxpayers, they stick them with the highest Commercial electric rates so businesses,

Lake Worth Senior's Shuffle Board Court returned to City!
Thank you City manager Susan Stanton for finally correcting the illegal situation
at our Lake Worth, Senior's Shuffle Board Court and returning it to the rightful owners of our City.
I have exposed the harmful actions for our City for 2 years.
3 Commission members threw our 9000 Seniors out of their Shuffle Board Court,giving it the phony name "Mentoring Center",7000 sq.ft. for $1.00 a year! Their illegal barbarians rented our Shuffleboardd Court out, for parties and kept the money never told us.
An alert Citizen wittnessed these social gathering for money and reported this outrage!
The 3 Commission members took 2 years, $100,000.- , each year of OUR tax money and gave it to these parasites,leeches,bloodsucking criminals of our Laws, to pay for their social gathering, loitering, criminal hangout's Utility bills!
They buy at Publix with our Foodstamps, can you get food for nothing? The leeches and parasites are doing it ,sanctioned by the City with phony I.D.s.

For corrupt Planning and Zoning Board: I explained that I intended to end corruption, predatory chroniism,
have forensic audit done of our building Dept. and require a list of all City owned buildings extant and given away,stop chronies secured voting on the Boards and Commissions, when our Historic houses and buildings were being stolen with a liars' labeL: "Old and Delapidated".One was caught and fined $35.000._!Phil Spinelli Pl.&Z. member was given 604 Lake Ave for
$70.000.- and since has mainly voted for demolition of Authetic Old Lake Worth,all contractors' and developers variances,he did not create!No one asked him to come here!

Since that time Lake Worth loyal Citizens have consistently spoken for this project,which will bring proven revenue back.
Architect GREEN CERTIFIED, "REG" won the bidding contest over 13 other brazen architects, many who wanted to put THEIR IDENTITY ON "OUR TOWN",LOST(what did they ever do for lake Worth?)Pay our taxes??????
The loser in this contest,LIVING DESIGNS contractor who built the First Green Foreclosed unwanted CONCRETE garage style office box, on OUR Lake Avenue, is being hustled into the back door against the winner respected R.E.G architects,
by divisive, dishonest,crooked anti-Lake Worth Citizens,Commission members and City Manager. This employee is to work for us and not against us.

Lake Worth Beach Upper level Parking taken away from elderly and mothers with little children by present Commission under Varela!
The present Commission's Chairman Varela, gave the Beach site around the Casino rehabilitation to his chosen contractor,Singer
without open market bidding for its' price$5,000,000.-!
Others could have done it for approx $3,000,000.-. His Commission plan , will punish elderly Lake Worth Citizens, young mothers with children and turn away tourists, with this inconvenience, taking away their upper level Ocean Front parking, 196 spaces!!!!Cutting down our revenue intentionally!
Fellow Citizens don't play dead, speak up and tell them to cancel their sick plan,driven by their egos, to show that they have power over all of you!
Joe Egly caused the reversal of many of those, exposing drivers to creashes because he took away the visibility of oncoming traffic! Only a handfull of us protested it and were insulted with ignoring us!
At the Parrot Cove meeting,July 13, Tuesday at 7.00 pm tell varela that you want your upper level convenient patking spaces re-instated, not removed while cutting our revnue further!
Thank you on behalf all those which will be hurt by this irresposible decision,with less revenue!

Florida Statutes mandate that members of a Cross Section of the Municipality be placed on City Boards,among which 1 realtor. I am a realtor since 1985!Impartial and with knowledge of the City Functions, and of every act showing mismanagement of our Finances and properties and of all 17 Departments, I applied again.
Denied because I expose all City Administration neglectful and partial dishonest wrong doing ,causing ,City properties to disappear without record of who stole them,

The famous City manager Stanton and Varela prefer meetings to be held in that unsuited for official meetings, Lake Worth Compass Social Hall over in our City Hall or Golf Course Clubhouse!( Compass Members after his hot air speeches,voted for him!)
I am not allowed a vote on any Board as no truth(Controversial)
is permitted to be disclosed to my fellow Citizens.
The reasons for budget deficits is covered up with duplicity,voodoo financial budget statements.

Lake Worth owed $ 13,597,802,- by 7 Towns for sewage treatment,new Chairman Varela and new Commission member Maxwell did nothing!
Since 1997 nobody verified the books of our sewage treatment plant, where we served the surrounding townships of Plam Beach,Atlantis, LantanaSouth Palm Beach Manalapan,Palm Springs and State College.Our employees were paid in full for the work but under billed all towns to the tune of $13,597,802,- since 1997.
Who was in charge? What wind bags in our Commission seats did anything about this?
For 2 years have I mentioned this missing revenue from those towns, but was systematically ignored by those alledgedly in charge, till Susan Stanton and people's Commissioner, Suzanne Mulvehill!
Varela and Maxwell now 9 months sitting in our Commission seats make negative comments about our City, financial situation which they perpetuated by making ignorant negative, stupid statements about our potential, against payment with OUR money for the only money resource

City manager"s negative,discouraging comments against Lake Worth 1921 Casino re-creation!
Salaries for all lake Worth employees and Commisssion members payment, can be continued, when the only guaranteed revenue generating Lake Worth project since 1921, by bona fide architect REG Co.will be finished quickly , and prevent bankruptcy.
It is evident that SELECTIVELY NEGATIVE Stanton,City manager has no positive expectations of life.
Lake Worth Citizens should not be subjected to that destructive sabotage, AND PAY salary too!We are entitled as legal Lake Worth Citizens,to full cooperation with Architect Rick Gonzalez to save the City economically.
If Maxwell wants a Low End environment, nobody is stopping him from moving to Mogadishu or Darfur!As he does not want illegals, to force their primitive bestial culture on Lake Worth, Lake Worth does not deserve to be kept a Low End Town by Low End elements with vision for Lake Worth as an illegals run slum!
Stanton wants to take over the Construction choice(is someone compensation somebody for that sneaky act?) ,very unlady like, even though she has never done Ocean front construction, another way to sabotage REG's project, respected and known expert in that aspect.

to be sold publicly,to support our General Fund for services taxpayers pay for! Rachlin, Auditor for disclosing that City does not keep record of properties or of Departments' sales , with books not in balance was immediately fired by the City Manager.Who gets those houses? Commission buddy, Phil Spinelli, since approx 1992 on the City P.& Z. Board was given 604 Lake Avenue for $70.000.-(Rumshack) building!!!
The sidewalks of heavy voters ' streets are being immediately given $500.000.-.

and the best architect for that project finally found R.E.G., was denied $456.000

Lake Worth kept low end town again by this insidious depressed City manager, Stanton, Maxwell and Varela!
It takes high end level people to create a high end project with knowledge of the high end life style.These only can deliver a cost and revenue projection.
The primitive low end element now administrating the City down to Low End (their level of Comfort)level!!!!
Tonight City manager with insidious, sly, delaying, nauseating, unnecessary questions, showed her ignorance and inability to handle a big project like our sophiticated 1921 Casino.She needed more than 8 weeks spending our money to consult about our Beach, which she is not qualified to judge! A Citizen showed her a 5 inch thick binder with all 10 years of Consultations about the Beach and Charettes. We paid out approx 10 million for Consultations, sofar.She micromanages every little unnecessary detail and takes 8 weeks to dissect it.Commissioners who allow that should work for her, not be on our Commission. Susan Stanton with primitive begneance for an unknown reason, wants to make certain that the casino does not get built and Lake Worth becomes a slum, where she would be more comfortable.
Her depressed actions show this disgusting subversive immoral negative sad conduct!Is someone paying her to kneecap this vital for Lake Worth project, with delaying, little insignificant arguments, showing that she is unqualified to handle this simple project which will return Lake Worth's Prosperity!!!

Brelsford Palm Beach family gave Lake Worth Ocean Beach Front land on Palm Beach Island.
To help create progress for Lake Worth the Brelsfords of Palm Beach, gave Lake Worth in 1920, our Beach front land on Palm Beach Island, now worth a billion dollars.
The first Commission, visionaries of a high level, created progress for all Lake Worth, knew that such valuable land was worthy of creation of a magnificent Casino building to create revenue intrinsic to the land value they built it on.
It united the Pioneers(Founders) Community and gave them a reason for pride of the Town.

Lake Worth new City manager Susan Stanton floggin REG's won Contract to others,to create competition dishonestly,unethically sneaky!.
Back up material shows REG's Rick Gonzalez Contract sent in good faith, for re-creation of Lake Worth's 1921 Casino, the only source for enormous revenue,which he won at an official City Hal bidding process,is being shown to other contractors by City Manager Susan Stanton, to create dirty competition,to get her choice,a foreclosed concrete box producer, Living Design Co. to build a cheap version, concrete unappealing box on our billion dollar Palm Beach Island Beach front.
Her element does not know what economic potential a beautiful,architecturally graciously detailed Mediterranian style building can produce.
The three Commission members who support this devious action ,would be acting ruthlessly with the future of Lake Worth,the City they did not create!Respect begets respect.
