Palm Beach Political Con artist Counsel members(you know who you are) got a phony attack of conscience about Palm Beach building Safety Codes!They attacked now the Paramount building!!!Hahahaha They forgot to mention what they have violated more than 5 years:Palm Beach building and FIRESAFETY CODES!

They have violated for more than 5 years Palm Beach Building and Firesafety Codes
and Palm Beach 1979 Covenant, by allowing their buddy Spiegel owner of the Royal Poiciana Plaza's Royal Poinciana theater to be closed,
to let it deteriorate without airconditiong and maintenance!The covenant mandates to keep it leasable.An inspection found building Code violations and serious Fire code violations:
Their and the Town Managers'Elwell(salary paid by Palm Beach residents!) cover up,, when they keep the building,closed and not leasable,thus committing demolition by neglect, they can allow violation of all Palm Beach Building codes and existing Firesafety codes and the 1979 Covenant! Has anybody bothereds to read it? That is why that element gets away with it, keeping you in the dark!.

We were told this when, unfortunately looking at their mugs!

Henry Flagler did not build Palm Beach for such base ,probably American slum originating, ill mannered element!
Palm Beach was a haven for highly culturally and socially evolved Americans, not thugs,who violate and allow violation of Palm Beach 1979 Covenant and Building and Firesafety Laws by keeping Historic buildings closed for demolition by neglect, thugs' way of pushing their primitive highly questionable agendas!
