Lake Worth Finance Committee a Talk Marathon with 90% by secretary members:3 to 5 minutes!

The finance Committeemeetings have shown to be a Talk marathon of 3 1/2 hours without one solution for all financial problems!
90% of that time,hogged by the secretary ,who did not allow Gulfstream Town's rightfully seething City manager, when allowed only one to two minutes of constructive input, the Chair Ron Exline did not stop the constant interrupting of Committee's members in put, by this Secretary.
John Picket a succesful business man, had two minute speaking time brought in deeply thought through and significant business suggestions which could lead to solutions.
Darren Dorti spoke 1 minute when interrupted.Steven the new Finance Director used soothing arguments when deep reaching questions into problems were asked, always at whisper tones.Pass me the sugar and I'll dump it on you!

This Committee finally agreed to discuss the Red light Cameras, which one snake oil salesman tried to con the City with, our Sitting Ducks,into believing that we would be guaranteed to get an annual revenue of $1,800,000,annually!Hahahaha!!!.Their split 50%, with all work involved, our expense and duty!!No explanation how and where!
Darren remarked that the revenue logically would decrease as people became aware of the danger. And each sold by the Sitting Ducks for the Red Light Camera Co. with extra costs and personnel to collect data, issue fines ,process fines for City and County ! At our expense? Our already over worked employees must work for the Red Light camera Co.? Toget it's share of the fines, i.e.,basically lease it to us for $900.000 a year, 1/2 of its' revenue!Lincoln died thank God!Slavery is out!

Commissioners that want to be the Red Camera sales person must pay for it themselves, not use our employees to work for some snake oil salesman's con!Many Citizens would drive around it, to avoid them(How many?) taking a different route!

No guarantee or clear congtract from the Red Camera snake oil salesman, but Laurie Decker, Gulfstream's Bill Thrasher(who usually thrashes mismanagement!)Jennifer Marchal Ron Exline and John Picket swallowed the Red Camera salesmen's CON,awaiting their question's(Darren dissenting) answer about how much it would really cost to run that bussiness, asked by Darren Dorti!($300,000.- per camera which makes the Commission salesmen for that one (no open market bidding), Camera company, MORONS!

How much to collect the fines, write the fines, process them for the County taxcollector?We must split the revenue with that Company, their cut ,their salary for doing nothing!

Clever,Clever Red Camera Company, Lake Worth Commission agroup of suckers at our expense(throw the bums out) if they accept that Job! Resign and work full time for the Red Camera Co. with your Finance Committee who wants that job!
Darren Dorti is a real business man. Gulfstream sees only without information of all facts, REVENUE, areal bureaucrat!!! REALLY, YOU WILL ALL BE RED CAMERA SALESMEN FOR THE SNAKE OIL SALESMaN!He is the clever one!Darren pointed out that we can buy the equipment on Okeechobee Blvard for 1/10 and since we must do the associated work, not have to share the revenue, that is revenue generation for: OUR CITY ONLY!!!!
