Kleid and Rosow are working with a speculator who wants to demolish elegant historic Royal Poinciana Plaza and Theater. A 1979 Covenant mandates the Theater to continue functioning as an entertainment venue of Palm Beach.a fact denied by the Shiny Sheet,
for the developer not to be allowed to allege economic hardship as reason to keep the Theater closed.
In 1979 Sidney Spiegel, the owner of the Plaza and Theater,agreed to the Covenant to be allowed to expand the Plaza at that time.
Since then he has made millions by this expansion and now wants to renege on his 1979 agreement. The two incumbents Kleid and Rosow are complicit with him, and are trying to put the onus of Spiegel's neglected updating to all local codes and restoring the Theater,
lialbility of property owners,
on potential lessees.
His 5 year Covenant violating, with consent of Rosow and Kleid, closing without airconditioning has not succeeded in destroying the theater.We know property owners are subject to local building and fire safety Laws.
The two incumbents Rosow and Kleid are for replacing all historic property with Condo Towers at the entrance of Palm Beach to create a West Palm Beach replica.
Rosow and Kleid never made a motion to enforce the 1979 Covenant.
They are working with a speculator to this purpose,conversion to West Palm Beach condo canyon.
This speculator has submitted conceptual plans,
flypaper for ignorant suckers, which we know are not legally binding. Rosow and Kleid and their speculator are trying for a rezoning, after which Spiegel and speculator-tenant can then flip the Plaza 13 acres over without lifting a finger.
1 acre waterfront West Palm sold for $ 11 .000.000.-!!!!!!
Palm Beach Island Land is worth many times that.

maxwell part of trio,who inflicted extortionate FMPA contract on Lake Worth!
For most not here 8 years ago, present Commission member Maxwell,with Bo Allen and Rodney Romano, was part of the strong arm Commission which signed the family households' devastating electric purchase from FMPA Contract, with the promise of a $4.000.000 reduction and lower rates.
False promises recorded of that meeting will further show that the Contract was a predatory one, which have caused all Citizens economic suffering for the past 7 years, many having to live without electric,as it is unaffordable to them.
A performance review of that year would have shown the damage and opposition to our Casino recreation Macwell cost the City. His opposition is understandable, considering his professional experience at Burher King.No $500.00 dinner plates! He could not fathom that the City could have made $20.000.000 each year with professional markting on that level. Work sessions are a weapon of our paid for employees, to discuss our business and make decisions without allowing Citizens tax payers input, to act as though owners of Lake Worth.

Prior to arrival of Susan Stanton, Lake Worth Utility and building Depts. were written up in every newspaper for their lack of manners, their rudeness, and total lack of respect and dishonesty. Should she send them to Burger King?
That area and many others have greatly improved.She saved us $60.000 a year rent for our Code enforcement Bureau by transferring them into our own property space from the Gallo building.
Only the Utility Director is allowed to waste nearly a million dollars for repairs a result of mishandling of our equipment. An out of Town expense was incurred by this Utility Director, without putting out for competive bid. This requires managerial decision for immediate dismissal.
This same Utility Director advised us that she is NO insurance expert, i.e. she does not have to know which repairs can be paid for by our insurance Co.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Such answer is impertinant,disrespectfull and approved by the City manager, who has swept her costly errors under the carpet.All Utility Directors know which repairs insurance covers. This is brazen insolence,based on knowledge of protection of City management.
We suggest that she pay for the repair, which our insurance would have paid for if proper simple procedure had been followed.
To cover this up a lie was dispensed to us, that our equipment was too old. We have tranformers muh older than the one she blew with her janitor-plant manager.Our electrical engineers of long standing she has fired.Repairs could have been done in house!

She insists on making one job into 10 for who's clients???, with no time limit to make sure that we do not create jobs and revenue for the City but approve only making debts and spending..
She does not know that a bona fide big Contractor Co. has engineers, building architects,landscape architects,Certified(not the City's corrupt ones) Construction managers,of every facet necessary for historic Ocean front Commercial building restoration.
The last construction manager was paid $90.00 per hour and never showed up and left us with a wrong job on our swimming pool with a bubble wrap pool cover. CollegePark and EdenPlace Communist style Elections?
Questionable Heads of the Eden Place and College Park neighborhoods Associations denied their residents the democratic opportunity to meet their Mayoral Candidates, who registered for them too, ,to hear their platforms, and ask questions with their concerns.
That would have enabled them to form a democratic free,personal opinion based on their intelligenc based observations, what they heard and saw.
The Communist,crooked realtors and profiteers, in those neighborhoods managed to take control of thousands of those neighborhoods' residents lives to run a Communist style Election, allowing only THEIR choice to be voted for!!!!!

That would have enabled them to form a democratic free,personal opinion based on their intelligenc based observations, what they heard and saw.
The Communist,crooked realtors and profiteers, in those neighborhoods managed to take control of thousands of those neighborhoods' residents lives to run a Communist style Election, allowing only THEIR choice to be voted for!!!!!
Which suckers allowed that action in their neighborhoods? These Communists do not pay your taxes,Utilities, Free services for illegals etc.!

That element cannot win a trip to a public convenience, without dirty underhanded actions. In this case they disenfranchised the residents of College Park and Eden Place of their ability to vote without based on their own unbiased iintelligent opinion..

lake worth last election,RIGGED!
Research in the Lake Worth Herald Research Dept. disclosed the following:
College Park and Eden Place neighborhood Associations' Citizens were not allowed to have a Candidates' Forum,
to learn the legitimate Platforms of their registered Candidates for their Election, during Election time.
They were denied their right to this important public information,to ensure a fair and balanced Election!!!
This represents about 7000 members of the Lake Worth Citizenry,kept uniformed by the crooked, Communist faction of this City!!!!!!!
A small group of dishonest renegades,among which 3 realtors,one lying cleaning woman,1 Real Estate lawyer, coerced this Election into the Direction of the Candidate of their choice, not of the majority of Lake Worth.
They sent you, the dirty Lake Worth Utility Dept. post card with lies about Laurence McNamara.Remember,he has no vote, to stop progress.
The dirty postcard filled with lies about the most honorable candidate for Mayor ever in Lake Worth, accused Laurence Mcnamara of having voted for enormous increases in Utility rates.
As a non elected Tax payer since 1991, he has no voting rights.A fact the sleazy liars overlooked!
That sewer rat element attacked the dignity of a gentleman,Laurence McNamara, a notion they are not familiar with!
Laurence McNamara met and communicated with over 2500 Citizens in those neighborhoods and more in the remaining districts.He never said a bad word nor would
about anyone.He is too well bred,Patrick Parish takes vulgar advantage of this quality.
During the remaining Forums ,questions were directed
to avoid the obvious ignorence of our City's business,of their chosen Candidate, not of the legitimate majority of Lake Worth Citizens'..!!!!!
Hoodwinked Fellow Citizens, a small crooked group has suckered you into an unbalanced election!
How will you correct this or will you swallow that undemocratic Act whole for a band of crude,dishonest renegades?
