Palm Beach in danger becoming Miami Beach and extension of West Palm Beach

Two incumbent 2 and 5 year term, Council members, Rosow and Kleid have done nothing to preserve Palm Beach. Their 2 Opponents Cynthia Simonson and Jeffrey Cloninger are
running to preserve Palm Beach of Henry Flafler's goal,reason why refined people
come to Palm Beach!!!!
Kleid and Rosow are working with a speculator who wants to demolish elegant historic Royal Poinciana Plaza and Theater. A 1979 Covenant mandates the Theater to continue functioning as an entertainment venue of Palm Beach.a fact denied by the Shiny Sheet,
for the developer not to be allowed to allege economic hardship as reason to keep the Theater closed.
In 1979 Sidney Spiegel, the owner of the Plaza and Theater,agreed to the Covenant to be allowed to expand the Plaza at that time.

Since then he has made millions by this expansion and now wants to renege on his 1979 agreement. The two incumbents Kleid and Rosow are complicit with him, and are trying to put the onus of Spiegel's neglected updating to all local codes and restoring the Theater,

lialbility of property owners,
on potential lessees.

His 5 year Covenant violating, with consent of Rosow and Kleid, closing without airconditioning has not succeeded in destroying the theater.We know property owners are subject to local building and fire safety Laws.
The two incumbents Rosow and Kleid are for replacing all historic property with Condo Towers at the entrance of Palm Beach to create a West Palm Beach replica.


Rosow and Kleid never made a motion to enforce the 1979 Covenant.

They are working with a speculator to this purpose,conversion to West Palm Beach condo canyon.
This speculator has submitted conceptual plans,
flypaper for ignorant suckers, which we know are not legally binding. Rosow and Kleid and their speculator are trying for a rezoning, after which Spiegel and speculator-tenant can then flip the Plaza 13 acres over without lifting a finger.
1 acre waterfront West Palm sold for $ 11 .000.000.-!!!!!!
Palm Beach Island Land is worth many times that.
The odious intentions are obvious, with help of the 2 incumbents.
Then, leaving the plaza blighted by neglect.

Speculator serving incumbents' opponents, Cynthia Simonson and Jeffrey Cloninger are proponents of preserving Palm Beach's elegant social ambiance and refined architectural treasures left us by Henry Flagler.

He created a cultured refined Town, repulsive to the new raunchy Council element which
is more comfortable among concrete blocks for human storage and crude ambiance!
