The City manager Susan Stanton, who was not been here over the past 9 years, when Citizens were subjected and millions spent and wasted, to endless corrupt Lake Worth's Casino inspections tailored for purchasing agent's and CDD's, and certain Commissioners Clients.
She refuses to look through and acknowledge, the latest honest,professionally,
with Certified structural Engineer's done inpection, with proof that the building is structurally sound and lowest bid($7.000.000._money we can raise without debts) since 2001 plans were submitted.
She insists on making one job into 10 for who's clients???, with no time limit to make sure that we do not create jobs and revenue for the City but approve only making debts and spending..
She does not know that a bona fide big Contractor Co. has engineers, building architects,landscape architects,Certified(not the City's corrupt ones) Construction managers,of every facet necessary for historic Ocean front Commercial building restoration.
The last construction manager was paid $90.00 per hour and never showed up and left us with a wrong job on our swimming pool with a bubble wrap pool cover. He was paid over $170.000 of our money and is now serving our corrupt Planning and Zoning Board members, Who benefits???My exposing this is labeled confrontational,swallow all corruption instead?As long as I do not agree with corruption I am not allowed to be that Boards' or any other's member,Ask Commissioner Cara Jennings, Jo-Ann Golden and Mulvihill .My Humans serving work on the uncorrupt Lake Worth Woman's Club ,non-corrupt Board, is appreciated.
This Historic restoration expert,(with Credentials!!!!)Company, Straticon,is fully equipped with the necessary professional personnel,not political corrupt low brow City elements, can do the entire job(historic reacreation of our 1921 Casino) in 10 months to 1 year.
The City manager knows this and Commission member Cara Jennings has blocked this source for jobs and Lake Worth selfsustainability, as long as she is in that seat.
She obviously wants to keep Lake Worth poor, a slum, and indebted with craZy plans,
unable to help others with those 1921 Casino revenues,we could have had, last years' opening.She blocks the one source for progress economically and for job creations. Only spending!!!Millions approved on inspections, plans,to bankrupt the City! The City manager is game for that purpose!

City manager Susan Stanton, wants to stretch this torturous corrupt process out ,to stop progress for our City. With statements by a purchasing agent, neither architect nor engineer of any sort.
As a tax payer I resent this procrastination of the qualified with credentials Straticon Co. job for another year or more depending on her purchasing agent Boss,with more costly inspections with her corrupt advisor-employees whom we pay the salary of.
That Dept.hid 33 responses to our RFQs and RFPs, and presented their own choice of contractor with $14.000.000 cost and no cap.
The Beach merchants are being tortured with more inspections because of the corrupt advisors of the City manager, Susan Stanton,who collaborates with delays.
We need one who will work independantly with knowledge of Contractor firms Credentials not whisper,sneaky, employees and realtors',dirty input
In the meantime this City manager's unwillingness to acknowledge a professional Comapny Straticon, with excellent legitimate Credentials stops progress for our City.
Susan Stanton intentionally blocks the recreation ,restoration of Lake Worth's Jewel of the Gold Coast, our, not herproperty,source for jobs and Lake Worth self sustainability.
