Commission worksessions instead of meetings

Work sessions are a weapon of our paid for employees, to discuss our business and make decisions without allowing Citizens tax payers input, to act as though owners of Lake Worth.
Endless sounding off, on simple subjects with one thousand words when with 10 words, the point could have been made.An attempt at sounding important with a look at me look at me attitude!
The new Chair's oral diarrhea caused 5 to 6 hour meetings.He faulted Clemens for it and promised restrained!!!
Citizen taxpayers are disrespectfully expected to sit and watch the bad performance..

When people run for public office, they ask to be a public servant. A position requiring,dedication to all legitimate Citizens, who pay all the bills, humility and respect. Having lived with attending servants, I find this weapon against Citizens input on our business, out of place. Society functions best ,when all occupy their appropriate social station.
Citizens usually have a shortcut for problems as they do not need to burocratize every simple issue and extend one into ten points,to appear important.

I learned of the the outrageously impolite,ill-mannered, rude discourse on OUR DAIS, about our City manager, with 18 years experience in that respected profession, with responsibility for many City Depts. and thousands of City employees.

The speaker must have learned that primitive manner of discourse at Burger King, where he was employed. Please tell him that a City Commissioner at all times excercises restained ,displays good comportment, with respect, which will render respect in return.
6 years ago when the speaker was in office,he never asked for any performance report,.Now under the pressure of a rabies afflicted former TRN Ass. member and Quasimodo, he feigns interest.. When I ,taxpayer asked for Larry Karns performance report after 4 years employment with good reasons,,I along with Retha Lowe was ignored and not a word was spoken since on that subject.

Prior to arrival of Susan Stanton, Lake Worth Utility and building Depts. were written up in every newspaper for their lack of manners, their rudeness, and total lack of respect and dishonesty. Should she send them to Burger King?

That area and many others have greatly improved.She saved us $60.000 a year rent for our Code enforcement Bureau by transferring them into our own property space from the Gallo building.

Only the Utility Director is allowed to waste nearly a million dollars for repairs a result of mishandling of our equipment. An out of Town expense was incurred by this Utility Director, without putting out for competive bid. This requires managerial decision for immediate dismissal.
This same Utility Director advised us that she is NO insurance expert, i.e. she does not have to know which repairs can be paid for by our insurance Co.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such answer is impertinant,disrespectfull and approved by the City manager, who has swept her costly errors under the carpet.All Utility Directors know which repairs insurance covers. This is brazen insolence,based on knowledge of protection of City management.
We suggest that she pay for the repair, which our insurance would have paid for if proper simple procedure had been followed.
To cover this up a lie was dispensed to us, that our equipment was too old. We have tranformers muh older than the one she blew with her janitor-plant manager.Our electrical engineers of long standing she has fired.Repairs could have been done in house!
