City manager"s negative,discouraging comments against Lake Worth 1921 Casino re-creation!
Salaries for all lake Worth employees and Commisssion members payment, can be continued, when the only guaranteed revenue generating Lake Worth project since 1921, by bona fide architect REG Co.will be finished quickly , and prevent bankruptcy.
It is evident that SELECTIVELY NEGATIVE Stanton,City manager has no positive expectations of life.
Lake Worth Citizens should not be subjected to that destructive sabotage, AND PAY salary too!We are entitled as legal Lake Worth Citizens,to full cooperation with Architect Rick Gonzalez to save the City economically.
If Maxwell wants a Low End environment, nobody is stopping him from moving to Mogadishu or Darfur!As he does not want illegals, to force their primitive bestial culture on Lake Worth, Lake Worth does not deserve to be kept a Low End Town by Low End elements with vision for Lake Worth as an illegals run slum!
Stanton wants to take over the Construction choice(is someone compensation somebody for that sneaky act?) ,very unlady like, even though she has never done Ocean front construction, another way to sabotage REG's project, respected and known expert in that aspect.
She is strangeling by micro managing the project until she has kneecapped it and succeded to keep lake Worth a LOW END TOWN. Maxwell and Varela deny knowledge of $900.000,- City owned houses for public sale

Lake Worth Website discloses $900.000 Lake Worth owned foreclosed houses
to be sold publicly,to support our General Fund for services taxpayers pay for! Rachlin, Auditor for disclosing that City does not keep record of properties or of Departments' sales , with books not in balance was immediately fired by the City Manager.Who gets those houses? Commission buddy, Phil Spinelli, since approx 1992 on the City P.& Z. Board was given 604 Lake Avenue for $70.000.-(Rumshack) building!!!
The sidewalks of heavy voters ' streets are being immediately given $500.000.-.
The City needs the revenue from the re-creation of our proven succesful 1921 Casino,
and the best architect for that project finally found R.E.G., was denied $456.000
for engineering and architectural services to start the project!
The Utility Dept. gives millions in unquestioned, unverified, engineering
services!!!!No Commission ever evrified those, they throw it on the Consent Agenda, not to bother themselves with something they know nothing about!
Maxwell and Varela who are aware of the $900.000 available for sale City owned foreclosed housing stock, said we don't have money,we don't have money but voted for the $500.000 with no General Fund revenue generation, only their voters' favor!

Low End primitive petty, self absorbedCommissions have kept Lake Worth Low End Town
Since 1947 not one Lake Worth Commission and City manager,has been elected which rose to the level of the original culturally and socially evolved honesty level Lake Worth residents.They knew our Palm Beach Island land's potential, and built the Casino immediately! Made Lake Worth a succesful high level City.. Scott Maxwell(in his ideal:Obama's tradition) has always been against re-creation of the revenue and cultural resource Lake Worth succesful 1921 casino re-creation, which would lift the City back up financially as well.
He does not know how and therefore, was always against progress.
His grandstanding about sidewalks and street repair,which he does not understand cost money without explaining where th money must come from.
Maxwell is like Obama, spend without knowledge of revenue generation to pay for it, just grandstanding with pseudo important hollow, hot air statements.
City manager Stanton is continuing our unnecessary expenses of millions in consultants fees because she is too lazy to go through the previous hundreds of consultants reports and bills we paid,, which have been working with lazy City managers, with ego problems, sneaks, who ignore the importance of a Co. such as REG.
Is she getting something from the consultant if she manages to steal the job from REG for her choice??????Dead Designs as in Foreclosure Designs?
It is beyond their low social level of knowledge and comprehension, and therefore they revert to sneaky undercutting methods to insult the REG, most prestigious architects Co.with using their clean Contract to shop for cheaper ,BP style inferior cheap jobs.They are not fit for our job. We need a different level!

The present Commission faced the most respected historic restoration architect REG's Rick Gonzalez who restored the 1916 Courthouse, requested(politely) $456.000 for engineering and architectural services to prepare the re-creation of ourREVENUE GENERATING 1921 LAKE WORTH CASINO.tHIS WILL PREVENT TAX INCREASES!
He was dissected and insulted with phony statements by his inferiors,who claimed lack of money,based on their devious FEIGNED ignorance with their lying sneaky City manager, and chiseled him down to $75.000.- with protest.I MENTIONED FOR MONTHS WHERE OUR 7 MILLION IS DUE FROM AND THEY ARE COLLECTING IT NOW!

Lake Worth kept low end town again by this insidious depressed City manager, Stanton, Maxwell and Varela!
It takes high end level people to create a high end project with knowledge of the high end life style.These only can deliver a cost and revenue projection.
The primitive low end element now administrating the City down to Low End (their level of Comfort)level!!!!
Tonight City manager with insidious, sly, delaying, nauseating, unnecessary questions, showed her ignorance and inability to handle a big project like our sophiticated 1921 Casino.She needed more than 8 weeks spending our money to consult about our Beach, which she is not qualified to judge! A Citizen showed her a 5 inch thick binder with all 10 years of Consultations about the Beach and Charettes. We paid out approx 10 million for Consultations, sofar.She micromanages every little unnecessary detail and takes 8 weeks to dissect it.Commissioners who allow that should work for her, not be on our Commission. Susan Stanton with primitive begneance for an unknown reason, wants to make certain that the casino does not get built and Lake Worth becomes a slum, where she would be more comfortable.
Her depressed actions show this disgusting subversive immoral negative sad conduct!Is someone paying her to kneecap this vital for Lake Worth project, with delaying, little insignificant arguments, showing that she is unqualified to handle this simple project which will return Lake Worth's Prosperity!!!

Brelsford Palm Beach family gave Lake Worth Ocean Beach Front land on Palm Beach Island.
To help create progress for Lake Worth the Brelsfords of Palm Beach, gave Lake Worth in 1920, our Beach front land on Palm Beach Island, now worth a billion dollars.
The first Commission, visionaries of a high level, created progress for all Lake Worth, knew that such valuable land was worthy of creation of a magnificent Casino building to create revenue intrinsic to the land value they built it on.
It united the Pioneers(Founders) Community and gave them a reason for pride of the Town.
That Commission improved the quality of life of Lake Worth Tax payers.
Not with cheap,chiseling, substandard nowhere-architecture, as suited for inferior land areas selected by losers!!

Lake worth tale of two Cities:High End Part and Low End part
Lake Worth has been kept a low End Town by the Low End element that managed to get itself elected with subterfuge,vicious lies!
False promises, empty statements underhanded actions, rigging by Communist Unions all gave Lake Worth its' unfortunate condition creating Commissions, near bankruptcy!
Low End ,shifty out and out dishonest, small minded City managers have undermined its growth, after the damage in the 50's, with a concrete bloc on our 1921 High End Casino,on our High End part of Town,our Palm Beach Island and Intercoastal waterfront land.
The High end Casino generated revenue to build up the rest of Lake Worth.
Living designs dropped a Nowhere architecture concrete box,Lake Worth's first green foreclosure for John Romano!A know nothing idiot calls it Art Deco!!!Hahaha
The Low End element, in the disfunctional, no vision from lack of right back ground, Commission and City manager,are sneakily, undermining the L.Worth upgrading architectural firm REG(check upscale record) by forcing John Romano's failure Nowhere,low End, architecture creating Co.,
to steal the uplifting,High End Lake Worth 1921 Casino job from REG,

not realized by its' Low End Dixie Highway promoter and phony promises! !Do our Lawyers bring this up?We pay them for it!

Lake Worth new City manager Susan Stanton floggin REG's won Contract to others,to create competition dishonestly,unethically sneaky!.
Back up material shows REG's Rick Gonzalez Contract sent in good faith, for re-creation of Lake Worth's 1921 Casino, the only source for enormous revenue,which he won at an official City Hal bidding process,is being shown to other contractors by City Manager Susan Stanton, to create dirty competition,to get her choice,a foreclosed concrete box producer, Living Design Co. to build a cheap version, concrete unappealing box on our billion dollar Palm Beach Island Beach front.
Her element does not know what economic potential a beautiful,architecturally graciously detailed Mediterranian style building can produce.
The three Commission members who support this devious action ,would be acting ruthlessly with the future of Lake Worth,the City they did not create!Respect begets respect.

A fair and honest won victory, over 13 architects(including over one,Living Design a First green foreclosure concrete box, no style building creator in Lake Worth)was won by Green Certified,architect REG's, Rick Gonzalez. ,bona fide archit.firm which re-created the 1916 West Palm Beach Court building succesfully ,and which now generates millions in revenue.They were awarded the job of our 1921 Casino's historic re-creation uniting our Community and reason for pride!!!!!!.
The Commission devised a system for bidding and agreed with the results,winner gets the project!
The new Commission members Varela and Maxwell who promised tax and Utility bills reduction immediately(did you see any?), if you voted for them,renaged on the false campaign promise, one of many, which fooled you!
Instead they do not want Lake Worth's succesful elegant 1921 Casino,a proven great revenue generator,uniting our legal Lake Worth Community with pride, to lower taxes,......to be created on our most valuable property our Palm Beach Island 20 acres land.It drew thousands of people.
Today's ugly concrete box a favorite of Golden,Varela,maxwell and other anti progress elements
want a flimsy, no style,a warehose loading dock type abortion, on our Palm Beach Island valuable Beach front.
This will assure another foreclosure,this time for Lake Worth, and bankruptcy.

American elected Government responsible for Americans!
Legally immigrated Americans for over 200 years have worked hard to create this Country with it's elected Government and LAWS,social and cultural structure, responsible for all legal Americans.
Haitians have elected their own Government, paid them taxes for social services. Their Government is responsible like in all other Countries for their Citizens,
not Lake Worth Citizens.Let them demonstrate in their Country for what America's Government gives its' Citizens!I have met many very intelligent, wonderful ones.Let them lead their brethren to a better Haiti!Do not let them imitate the illegals,leeches and bloodsuckers to this Country!
The Lake Worth Commission, in an effort to look important big shots,
offered our Americans created small Lake Worth City, to them with Hospital Care,Food stamps,housing, money, while American Citizens are ignored and abused with disrespect.
This attitude and total corruption in our financial dealings by employees created our $3,000.000.- Utility Dept. negative budget, and empty Reserve Funds, Undesignated fund(only illegals get from this fund,we were shown in a Citizens abusive Commission meeting).
The $2,500,000.- Budget Deficit is a result of outrageous amounts of waived Bidding Contracts issued and approved by a lazy, corrupt Administration,including outrageous Jeff Clemens $5,000,000.-, forced penalty of the County to terminate his health endagering 40 year, Water Contract with $34,000.000,- for County built to nowhere pipes,we already have .But he does not know that and was put in our Mayoral seat, by the primitive rabid instigators of S.palmway and a few who do not belong in College Park!
This element with its' henchmen put unsuspecting innocent Lake Worth City into
bankruptcy!
Time to annex to the County with its' handful of convicts and hidden criminals!
It will save us 50% taxes!!!! Let us go form a delegation to make this happen!

7 Million re-creation of Lake Worth's 1921 Casino
A proven source of major revenue to pay for road repair and other
infrastructure projects which need restoration.
Plotkin was not present at the bidding process of the 14 Architects, 13 topevel, 1 small who created Lake Worth's record: The First green Foreclosure concrete box, who bid on our casino project. The best bid $7.000.000 came in from the architect REG who had done the 1916 W.Palm Courthouse historic accurate recre-ation(now generating millions tourism and other dollars) buried under concrete like our authentic Lake Worth Casino,.
The original one earned the distinction "Jewel of the Gold Coast".What has Plotkin created with that distinction?????
Plotkin took a figure out of a hat to instigate dissention between Citizens,many of whom understand the need for an economic resource to finance infrastructure and social services,cultural evolution.
A place, Lake Worth culturally and socially evolved Lake Worth Citizens can appreciate and be proud of.
She was not able to suggest one project which could match that one, on Lake Worth's most valuable property: 20 acres Palm Beach Ocean front land" for revenue generation.

No one qualifies the charges of Mock Roos which is the most expensive Engineering firm in the County. Our electrical engineer Reyes, who exposed that, was fired by the present Utility Director. The rest was too lazy to check the open market for engineering services we can afford!
Now there is something worth talking about!
We owe $69.000.000 and all checks for that debt goes to Mock Roos so far
without as you saw tonight a commitment to cost of even a few test drilling!
