Back up material shows REG's Rick Gonzalez Contract sent in good faith, for re-creation of Lake Worth's 1921 Casino, the only source for enormous revenue,which he won at an official City Hal bidding process,is being shown to other contractors by City Manager Susan Stanton, to create dirty competition,to get her choice,a foreclosed concrete box producer, Living Design Co. to build a cheap version, concrete unappealing box on our billion dollar Palm Beach Island Beach front.
Her element does not know what economic potential a beautiful,architecturally graciously detailed Mediterranian style building can produce.
The three Commission members who support this devious action ,would be acting ruthlessly with the future of Lake Worth,the City they did not create!Respect begets respect.
Ruthless decisions of Lake Worth Commission members, playing with the future of next generations hurts all seniors, who's grand children's right to a heritage as was created by the founders of Lake Worth,a City we are enjoyingis at risk.

Upright, solid Americans,New Englanders, need I say more???I am happy to know they exist, after my Florida experience!They would have run this City and County differently and we would not be in our present predicament!

which produced the first Green(basic condition for today's building jobs)Foreclosure, a concrete box,office building on Lake Avenue, of John Romano, brother of former Mayor,Rodney, no one wanted,
as her choice to put a cheap concrete box with a few sticks under it shown at the bidding process on our most valuable Real Estate land on Palm Beach Island.
Citizens of Lake Worth, who own that billion dollar Palm Beach Ocean front Land
need a better building commensurate with the value of our Ocean front land!

This new City manager Suasan Stanton, is showing this honorably, in good faith sent contract by REG's Rick Gonzalez, who restored the 1916 County Court before, covered by a concrete box, to confirm the awarded 1921 Casino project,
to more architects or contractors to create dishonest competition for an honorable Firm. That is not New England, but sleazy.
