Before over 200 Lake Worth Citizens, at our Shuffle Board Court, November 21, 2002, Lake Worth Commission reachced consensus over the re-creation of our City identifying and elevating Lake Worth 1921 mediterranean style,Casino,created by Lake Worth Pioneers.
Since that time Lake Worth loyal Citizens have consistently spoken for this project,which will bring proven revenue back.
Architect GREEN CERTIFIED, "REG" won the bidding contest over 13 other brazen architects, many who wanted to put THEIR IDENTITY ON "OUR TOWN",LOST(what did they ever do for lake Worth?)Pay our taxes??????
The loser in this contest,LIVING DESIGNS contractor who built the First Green Foreclosed unwanted CONCRETE garage style office box, on OUR Lake Avenue, is being hustled into the back door against the winner respected R.E.G architects,
by divisive, dishonest,crooked anti-Lake Worth Citizens,Commission members and City Manager. This employee is to work for us and not against us.
The new budget shows many millions of Utility and other bills due, not collected by negligent Department Heads with consent of the City Manager. To hide this ,lies are spread that we do not have the money for this only revenue creating REG Project,our Lake Worth 1921 Casino!
Negligent cCommissions and finance Dept and Utility and Water Dept have ignored collecting $13,584,900,- for sewage treatment we did for 7 surrounding Towns, since 1997 !!!!!!
Who oversees our investments?
Fellow Citizens, why do we have 600 employees and Commissions, and Board where self enrichment has been proven.We pay salaries without these collecting our monies due us.
Let us stop paying them till we have received all our monies due us, which they did not want to collect.
Why else do still not have it?
The new Budget, which I shall post with I learned, over $20.000.000,- uncollected receivables, should give you impetus to get rid of those culpable!
We don't get our money,they don't get paid!Unless we are stupid suckers!
The contest loser Living Design contractor, has no place in the winner's REG Charette presentation, representing what Lake Worth Citizens have shown their wish.
