10th City Board membership denial by crooked Lake Worth Commission members.

1st Application:

For corrupt Planning and Zoning Board: I explained that I intended to end corruption, predatory chroniism,
have forensic audit done of our building Dept. and require a list of all City owned buildings extant and given away,stop chronies secured voting on the Boards and Commissions, when our Historic houses and buildings were being stolen with a liars' labeL: "Old and Delapidated".One was caught and fined $35.000._!Phil Spinelli Pl.&Z. member was given 604 Lake Ave for
$70.000.- and since has mainly voted for demolition of Authetic Old Lake Worth,all contractors' and developers variances,he did not create!No one asked him to come here!
Recently , the CRA gave him $20.000.- to paint the $1,200,000 to paint the building

CRA Predatory chroniism under former Mayor Romano gave rich developer Koolik of the Lucerne building ,built with 13 Lake Worth building Code violations,and a $1,200.000 CITY TAX EXEMPTION(Our money people!!!! we pay to make up for it) to guarantee Koolik full profit of all sales.Why oh why ???????

One waiver was for our legally required 110 Public Parking spaces.Downtown parking is now permanently f....ed up for all merchants!Watch them go under,(ANJOU)thanks to 110 waived public parking spaces given by crooked Lake Worth Commission!
in exchange for STEALING WITH COMMISSION APPROVAL, 5 feet of our Public Sidewalk,instead of 20 feet away from our pulic walking space!Waiving legal setbacks from surrounding buildings and each floor, 13 violations waived in total! Hahahahahahahahahah!Suckers, you allowed it, you try to have one minor violation in your home, you will be fined till they can seize your home!Varela will not let me on any Board,why, he lowered your taxes? as promised?Your Utility bills??? Read his Campaign literature for suckers,He never collected $13,584,000.- negatiated down from $27,000,000.- for our sewage treatement service we provided for 7 surrounding Towns, with a new Sewage treatment plant!!! !!!!Hahahahahahahahah Suckers.

WHY did former Mayor Romano, allow with his predatory chronies, all these illegal, violations?Citizens get fined a fortune,for the slightest and the invented violations! I would have exposed it all and more,

that my fellow Citizens are being kept in the dark about even to-day!!!!!Causing us ever higher taxes!

Continued applications for these Board were denied me as I could NOT promise, to help robbing my fellow Citizens,

but instead give them a TRANSPARENT AND OPEN account of all our City Businesses? Retha Lowe was fined, remeber? Etc.Etc.The latest mismanagement with outrageous negligencence, has our millige rates going up to 10,
surrounding towns are at 2,3 and 4.

Royal Palm Beach NEVER RAISED ITS' MILLAGE RATE, TAXES, it has lowered them with fiscal transparency and responsibility, as promised in their Campaigns, not like Lake Worth phony predatory Chronies who get into our Commission Offices and Boards! Royal Palm Beach has a clear and transparent administration!!

Fla. State Statutes mandate that members of a cross-section of the tax payers' Municipality be appointed to City Boards.One with Real Estate experience. I have 25 years experience, thorough knowledge of our City since 1991(too much knowledge for crooks???)and International architecturefrom Florida to Mongolia, where I manufactured fashion, with A cottage industry!

I was going to give my fellow Citizens a legitimate list of all historic Lake Worth, never allowed by Commissions and Boards!!!Have a Forensic Audit done of our building and Code Enforcement Dept. fine-system, leading to historic buildings Condemnation and disappearance!
