They do not know the history of those , some for many years vacant , therefore not on Lake Worth's Tax rolls.
The boarded up houses(valuable when sold and back on our tax rolls, besides the sales' revenue)have been deteriorating from mold and termites and must continue at the brillant advice of the new Committee,the "Opera Comique"
Any property owner knows that those conditions cause serious damage and depreciation, and constitutes demolition by neglect!!!Illegal act!!!
John Pickett initiated the suggestion to let the properties rot a few more years, Darrien Dority, Jennifer Marchal, Laurie Decker, and Jessica Plotkin concurred, want the City
to sit a few more years on these termite and mold banquets ,
till they rot away?????!!!!They will then sell them for more money???Hahahah
Rescind those harmful votes and show that you know about termites and mold damage caused by Florida waterfront position!
Is that why they were selected on that Committee by the corrupt selection Commission?
The Chair of this Commission,Varela, who keeps voting until the people he wants,i.e.,out of Town and un-interviewed Shaloub, get enough forced votes!

Only Ron Exline Ex Mayor and Commissioner and Bill Thrasher, who know that vacant houses and lots are not on our taxrolls and selling them will bring them back on our tax rolls and render revenue as well. The new Troupe of the Opera Comique,was chosen to cover ignorance and lack of experience of Lake Worth's Financially totally out of Control City!

excessive unverified journal entries,a necessary $2,500,000 journal entry to increase investment balance!!!

I bid on one lot, 8 years ago and was cut off by accused elder abuser, Bo Allen who coerced the Commission to deny my public highest bid! How did he get 100 properties while Commissioner and his Real Estate Co. Code enforcement Board, with their R.E Broker-President, Chairman of that odious Board.L.W Citizens were scared to death of that gang ,when they made the ound and kept a snitch!
The lot I bid on is still for sale kept of the tax rolls by the new cast of the Opera Comique!
Unless it reverses its' actions, this Committee is useless and should be dissolved!
Dorothy of Oz(unfortunately deadly serious) about this Committe which does not want to accept an excellent suggestion, to build a solar electric energy Plant, on our unused 60 ACRES dump land.This is possible when handled the right way which I know!
Cara Jennings,initiated by Retha Lowe, voted to give it away to Sun Recycling for a few dollars,and the sheep followed concurring, when we need it for the financial relief of our City.
Thee has no idea as to how to create projects for revenue of this bankrupt City.
