and soil analysis,(think our dangerous Municipal Landfill) and will prevent our City from wasting our millions of dollars in Consultants fee for our Utility maintenance and restoration.He handles $20billion dollar budgets at SFWMD. We pay Millions monthly for outisde one Co. only!!!!!"Engineering Services" which no one has been able to verify as all professional,scientific knowledge of Christopher McVoy is lacking.

OUR Lake Worth Playhouse was subjected to a hot air ,stale performance with denial of all known bad conditions in Lake Worth covering his inability to manage with lack of knowledge!

The high crime,drugdaling,prostitution rate stated during Commission meetings by Citizens, is totally denied, till it hits them?????

Director .FMPA BOARD MEMBER, who caused $1,000,000,- damage to our transormer, and did not allow Lake Worth Engineers to repair her mistake on the spot! The County's penalty of $5,000,000,- for terminating their predatory 40 year
Contract of $34,000,000,-,signed by sneaky Clemens and his gang Lowe, Vespo, for unecessary treated sewage and industrial waste water for Lake Worth forced dangerous, drinking water.
We have spent $14,000,000,- to have pure well drinking water in place and paid for,our 3 overpaid R.O.wells!
$18,000,000 of the Contract was for pipes we already have!!!
But devious Clemens did not know this,
and wanted Political Capital, so fu... Lake Worth Citizens!

Singer Co pushing $3200,- concrete prison style cheap looking benches on our Beachfront to replace our wooden green ones!
Lake Worth buget for 2010-2011 shows the following:
Income : $ 137,000,000,-
Exependitures: (unverified for one year) $ 162,000,000,-
Lake Worth Utility spendings unverified millions is continuing approved by City Manager and Commission, till bankruptcy.
No oversight existed, till Building and Code corruption mess clearing, Bergman's arrival.
This Commission signed a Contract for a non binding Contractor Conceptual plan,(they can do as little as they want ($2,000,000,-?), but we owe $5,000,000,-) to rehab our Beachfront parking for $5,000,000,-
part of OUR $50,000,000,- Fla. Waterfront Rehab Bond we signed onto 5 years ago, with the County, so it is our Money!!!!Stupid references were made to this money!
The Commission did not know that as they were not here when Lake Worth signed the Bond, debt liability, of the County.
Contractors today are charging less for jobs because of the economy and the Competition for the few jobs available!
A slick outfit,the M.Singer Co.was brought in by Varela without open market bidding for our $5,000,000,- parking rehab job,(WHY?),forced on us,
violating our Law,$15,000,- without open bidding allowed , for the Beach Parking rehab job.
The fellow Commission members kissed their behind blindly, approved the Conceptual(non-binding to Singer, Kimley-Horn and Living Design,Co. who lost the bid for our Beach job) plan.
All Consultants came out of the woodwork, as Singer(a front) can't do the job,but is owed $5,000,000,-
We were promised water permeating pavers but with Singer and Varela's non binding, conceptual plan,we are getting cheap shabby poured concrete slabs on our Board walk, to punish Beach goers with blistering heat.
M.Singer Co. is forcing $3,200,-, hostile, concrete PRISON benches with sharp edges, on our budget, along the entire Board walk, suited for primitive slums!!!! !!!!As cheap a job as possible is allowed,as nobody verifies the cost of today's cheaper job and materials.

A conceptual(not binding )plan was Contracted and signed by the entire Commission binding us to pay $5,000,000,- for rehabilitation of our Beachfront Parking, allowing using the worst and cheapest materials, a job maybe worth $3,000,000,-. Varela does not allow any other Contractors near the job!!!!!Why???Palm Beach fired the man who did that,Mr White!HE IS NOW ARRESTED AND IN JAIL FOR CROOKED BUSINESS WITH THE TOWNS' JOB POWER AND MONEY!LAKE WORTH SUCKERS WILL ALLOW THIS STRONG ARM TACTICS WITH OUR MONEY????
